Meal Plan Cost – Per Semester

Plan A – Hula $2,395 /semester

  • 10 meals per week
  • $150 declining balance dollars
  • 2 guest meals

Plan B – Mahalo $3,140 /semester

  • 14 meals per week
  • $150 declining balance dollars
  • 2 guest meals

Plan C – Aloha $3,245 /semester

  • Unlimited
  • $150 declining balance dollars
  • 5 guest meals

A meal plan is required if you live in these residence halls: Hale Pohaku, Hale Lokelani and Kieffer Hall. By selecting a meal plan the appropriate fees will automatically be billed to your student account.

Off-Campus Meal Plan

80 meals + $150 debit dollars = $1,050

(For off campus residents only. Additional breakfast/lunch plans available on the CUH website. )

Additional Costs

RHA Fee  $40 per semester

Damage Deposit – $300 (paid first semester only)

Parking:

  • $190 per vehicle/per semester for on-campus parking permit only.
  • $255 per vehicle/per semester for both on-campus and off-campus parking permits if purchased together.

Limited off-campus student parking spaces are available at Waialae and Date Street apartment buildings. Please inquire with the Residential Life Office for additional information and requirements. ***Prices and dates are subject to change without notice. Housing Contracts are for both Fall and Spring semesters.

Holiday Breaks

Residents may leave their belongings in their rooms/apartments during the holiday breaks (except summer). All residence halls and apartments will remain open to residents during Thanksgiving and Spring Break. All residence halls/apartments will be closed for the Christmas break, however, housing at an additional cost will be made available for a limited number of students interested in winter housing. Please note that there is no meal service during winter break therefore students will be required to reside temporarily in a designated apartment complex during the break.
